SIMPLY MASSAGE is hiring a Spa Front Desk Coordinator in Avon!

Want to work in a spa setting with great people? Look no further. Simply Massage is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to greet clients upon arrival. You will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering phones, emails, and texts; booking appointments; managing therapists schedules; and light cleaning. Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization. You also need to be proficient with basic computer skills including Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets. Bonus if you have experience working in spas!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests as they arrive
Answer phone calls and emails/texts from clients
Book appointments and maintain therapist schedules
File important documents and keep them well organized
Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
Keeping the spa clean and presentable

PART-TIME

6-hour shifts

1-4 days a week

PAY SCALE:

Pay: $20/hr

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
