Full Job Description

Position Overview: The Office Clerk plays a crucial role in the everyday operations of our office. He/she will primarily be responsible for handling payroll, accounts payable, scheduling, accounts receivable, and answering the phone. The position is 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm) during our busy season (April through November) and then cuts down to one day per week during the winter.

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks
Some accounting background
Experience in Google Docs and Sheets
Good with grammar and communication
Excellent math skills
Good phone skills
Positive and friendly personality
Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Process Payroll
Review and categorize expenses
Bill payments and deposits
Invoicing
Communication with customers
Schedule meetings and projects

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
