Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Accela Springfield in Glenside, PA is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team for every other Saturday and Sunday, 7AM-7PM.

This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your clinical experience, judgment, and ability to motivate others truly matter. What You'll Do as an RN Supervisor

As the RN Supervisor for the evening shift, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while helping ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Serve as the nursing leader for the facility on weekend day shift
Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
Provide clinical guidance, direction, and support to nursing staff
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and emergency situations
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations
Support infection prevention, resident safety, and quality improvement initiatives
Help address staffing and clinical concerns that arise during the shift
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
Lead by example and help develop a strong, compassionate nursing team

What We're Looking For in RN Supervisor

Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred
Previous RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or other nursing leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment
A genuine commitment to resident-centered care
A positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
