Cut Operator / ShippingReceiving WB Industries – O'Fallon, MO
WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING UP TO A $2000 SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
WB Industries is looking for a Cut Operator who takes pride in accuracy and quality. In this role, you'll be hands-on with cutting equipment, measuring materials, and preparing products to meet customer requirements. You'll also assist with shipping and receiving to keep jobs moving on schedule.
What You'll Do:

Operate saws and other cutting equipment with precision and efficiency

Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and part specifications - accuracy is a must

Measure, mark, and cut materials to size while keeping scrap and waste to a minimum

Identify, label, and secure all material and pallets properly

Perform tool adjustments and sharpening as needed

Assist with shipping/receiving tasks such as organizing pallets, checking in material, and staging outgoing jobs

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all PPE and safety requirements
What We're Looking For:

Strong ability to read a tape measure and apply shop math

Mechanical aptitude with experience in cutting or production preferred

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly and work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Team player willing to jump in and help across departments
