Registered Behavior Technician (CERTIFIED RBT) Greenville, SC 29615 (In-Person) | Full-Time (Mon–Fri)

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise, and our Greenville, SC center is GROWING quickly.

Since opening in February 2026, we have provided quality play-based ABA therapy services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, social skills groups, and play-based learning in a fun, supportive, 7,000 sq. ft—beautiful yet functional environment.

You will be on the floor, playing, teaching, encouraging, celebrating wins, and helping kids build life-changing skills.

We are looking for PLAYFUL, HIGH ENERGY, RBTs who loves working with kids and wants to grow in the ABA field.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will provide direct therapy while also helping support and coach other behavior technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working directly with children using individualized treatment plans
Implementing ABA programs under the direction of on site BCBAs
Collecting client data in CentralReach
Writing detailed SOAP notes daily
Supporting behavior technicians through modeling, coaching, and feedback
Helping maintain high-quality therapy sessions
Assisting BCBAs with patient updates
Organizing client materials for therapy sessions
Helping create a POSITIVE, INCLUSIVE, MOTIVATED team culture
Assisting with monthly therapy videos for training purposes
Participating in quarterly trainings and team activities
Helping with end-of-day assigned cleaning and organization
Completing other projects and duties as assigned

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Typical schedule:

Monday-Friday
8-hour shifts (switching clients every 90 to 120 minutes to decrease burnout)
Center hours are approximately 7:45 AM-4:30 PM (staggered start times)
Weekly schedule depends on the client and the center's needs

ACTIVE RBT certification required
QBS certification required or willingness to maintain certification
Must pass background check and drug screening

Must be able to commute or relocate to Greenville, SC 29615 before starting
