Independent Insurance Sales Producer

Commission-Based | Remote Opportunity | Georgia

Build Your Own Book of Business and Recurring Income

413 Insurance Services is a growing independent insurance agency seeking licensed, sales-driven insurance producers who are motivated to generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and create a long-term stream of renewal income.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, selling, and working independently. You will have access to a broad selection of personal and commercial insurance markets, giving you the ability to offer clients multiple coverage options rather than being limited to a single carrier.

This position is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who can generate their own leads, quote coverage, close new business, and develop a profitable book of clients.

What You Will Sell

The primary focus of this role will be personal insurance, including:

Auto insurance
Homeowners insurance
Umbrella insurance
Renters and condominium insurance
Landlord and dwelling fire insurance
Motorcycle, recreational vehicle, and other personal insurance products
Personal articles and specialty coverage
Select commercial insurance opportunities

Our carrier portfolio includes Travelers, Allstate, Mercury, National General, Progressive, Foremost, The Hartford, Nationwide, Grange, Utica, GEICO and additional standard and specialty insurance markets.

Responsibilities

Prospect for and generate new personal lines insurance opportunities
Develop referral relationships and other lead sources
Quote and present home, auto, umbrella, and related insurance products
Review prospective clients’ current coverage and identify gaps or opportunities
Recommend appropriate coverage based on each client’s needs
Follow up consistently with prospects and close new business
Complete applications and obtain required signatures and documentation
Bind and issue new policies in accordance with agency and carrier guidelines
Cross-sell additional personal and commercial insurance products
Maintain accurate records of prospecting and sales activity
Comply with agency procedures, carrier requirements, and Georgia insurance regulations
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Compensation and Income Potential

This is a commission-based independent sales opportunity.

Producers receive:

Commission on eligible new business written
Monthly renewal commissions on eligible retained business
The opportunity to build a recurring book of income
Uncapped earning potential
Access to multiple personal and commercial insurance carriers
Agency systems and tools needed to quote and place business
Support from an established independent insurance agency

A highly motivated producer who consistently generates leads and closes business has the potential to build a six-figure annual income. Reaching $100,000 or more within approximately three to four years may be attainable based on individual production, retention, product mix, and overall sales performance. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the producer’s results.

Qualifications

Active Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license preferred
Candidates currently working toward obtaining a Georgia Property and Casualty license may also be considered
Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to prospect and generate new leads
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain insurance coverage clearly and confidently
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
Comfortable working independently from a home office
Able to manage leads, follow-ups, applications, and documentation
Strong computer and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical sales practices and excellent customer service

The ideal candidate is not waiting for leads to be handed to them. This person is comfortable networking, asking for referrals, developing relationships, and creating a consistent pipeline of new opportunities.
