About the Position: We’re seeking a part-time licensed acupuncturist to work approximately 2–2.5 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time schedule if desired.
You’ll primarily care for patients referred through Redmond Functional Health, including overflow from an existing waitlist, while also building your own patient panel through referrals and ongoing marketing.
Whether you have several years of experience or you’re a recent graduate with exceptional clinical skills and a desire to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
– Licensed (or soon to be licensed) to practice acupuncture in Michigan
– Ideally has 2+ years of clinical experience, though outstanding new graduates are encouraged to apply!
– Warm, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
– Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
– A strong communicator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients
– Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
– Excited to continue learning, growing, and refining their clinical skills
Experience or a strong interest in any of the following is a plus:
– Women’s health
– Fertility and reproductive health
– Hormone balance
– Digestive and gut health
– Stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation
– Acute and chronic pain management
– Cosmetic acupuncture and/or microneedling (a bonus, but not required)
What You’ll Do:
– Provide exceptional acupuncture care under the Redmond Functional Health brand
– Complete timely charting within our electronic health record (EHR)
– Manage your own appointment schedule
– Handle patient communication and scheduling
– Collect payments and maintain accurate documentation
– Deliver a warm, professional patient experience from start to finish

Compensation:
Compensation is based on a percentage-of-collections model, allowing you to build a successful practice without the financial burden of paying office rent or managing the overhead of an independent clinic.
Rather than paying monthly rent, you’ll receive a competitive percentage of the revenue generated from the patients you treat while Redmond Functional Health provides the treatment space, systems, marketing, operational support, and patient referrals that help you grow.
