Full Job Description

We are looking for a trustworthy, enthusiastic, and hands-on person to join our team. No prior DTF printer or embroidery experience is required! If you have a passion for crafting, a sharp eye for detail, a great attitude, and a eager willingness to learn, we will teach you the technical skills.

In this role, you will work closely alongside the owner to help manage daily retail operations and craft custom apparel—from running printers and heat presses to operating embroidery machines.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Custom Decoration (We will train you!)

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing: Run, manage queues for, and maintain our DTF printer and powder shaker.
Heat Pressing: Measure, align, and press transfers onto t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments with precision.
Embroidery: Hoop garments and hats, set up thread colors, load digital files, and run embroidery machinery.
Finishing & Quality Control: Trim threads, inspect finished items, and package completed orders with care.

Retail & Daily Store Operations

Customer Service & Cashiering: Warmly greet customers, assist with product selections, take custom order requests, and process sales on the POS system.
Trusted Support: Work directly with the store owner to manage daily store tasks, open/close the shop, and keep the retail and production areas clean and organized.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and displaying retail inventory and garment blanks.

Qualifications & Attributes

Crafty & Hands-On Mindset: You enjoy making things, working with your hands, and paying attention to detail (experience with sewing, crafting, or DIY projects is a huge plus!).
Great Attitude & Adaptability: You bring positive energy, strong work ethic, and a genuine curiosity to learn new skills and machinery.
Trustworthy & Reliable: You are dependable, honest, and comfortable taking ownership of daily store tasks.
People Skills: Friendly, approachable, and patient when assisting customers on the retail floor.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, handle detailed physical tasks (like hooping hats and pressing shirts), and lift boxes up to 30–40 lbs.
