Full Job Description

Program Director (Full-Time Employee)

Roles and Responsibilities: will serve as the program lead and will be responsible for overall implementation, coordination, and performance management of a grant-funded initiative, including overseeing day-to-day program operations within specified service zones; managing workforce development programming; building and maintaining employer partnerships; coordinating and facilitating life skills, digital credential and job-readiness programming; ensuring alignment with program priorities; collecting, evaluating and reporting data; monitoring performance metrics and ensuring accurate quarterly reporting; supervising the Program Case Manager; coordinating referral relationships with housing, legal, law enforcement and community partners; leading outreach and community education efforts regarding services.

Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in social work, public administration, workforce development, or related field; minimum of 3–5 years of experience in workforce development, economic development, or community-based programming; demonstrated experience managing staff and implementing grant-funded programs; strong knowledge of community resources, local workforce development programs, and connections with local businesses; experience working with justice-involved and/or marginalized populations preferred; and experience with data tracking and reporting.
