Events Coordinator

The Clubhouse – Fairfield, NJ

The Clubhouse is New Jersey’s premier social eatertainment venue built around Eat. Drink. Golf. We host private celebrations, corporate events, and high-energy social experiences in a dynamic, entertainment-driven environment.

We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to own the full lifecycle of events—from inquiry and planning through contracts, billing, and on-site execution.

What You’ll Do

Manage event inquiries, proposals, contracts, and billing
Serve as the main point of contact for clients
Tailor events to client needs and guide decision-making
Coordinate menus, AV, entertainment, staffing, and timelines
Oversee on-site execution to ensure smooth, successful events

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable speaking with clients and understanding their needs
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace
Takes ownership and follows through from start to finish
Detail-oriented, flexible, and calm in a fast-paced environment
Hospitality or event experience a plus, not required

Schedule

Primarily weekday hours for planning and sales, with evenings and weekends required based on event schedules.

$55,000 base salary + quarterly performance bonuses
