Galleria Lounge is coming soon to Passaic.

Join the opening team at Galleria, a brand-new, upscale dinner and nightlife destination setting a new standard for luxury dining and nightlife. This is not your average spot. We’re building something elite, refined, high-energy, and designed to attract a top-tier crowd.

At Galleria, the kitchen is the backbone of the entire operation. We’re building a tight, disciplined team that can execute at a high level in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Standards are high, expectations are clear, and the pace doesn’t slow down.

Line Cooks & Prep Cooks Description:
We’re looking for experienced, detail-oriented cooks who take pride in their work and can perform under pressure. This role is about consistency, speed, and execution, every plate matters.

Hourly pay is based on experience for all positions.

Responsibilities:

Execute menu items consistently and according to spec
Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Communicate clearly with chefs and the expo line
Handle prep work, station setup, and breakdown efficiently
Support overall kitchen flow during high-volume service

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in upscale or high-volume kitchens
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to work clean, organized, and efficient under pressure
Dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in their craft

Dishwasher Description:
Dishwashers keep the entire operation moving. You’re the foundation—without you, nothing works. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to be part of a high-performance kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service items
Maintain a clean, organized dish and kitchen area
Support prep cooks and assist with kitchen setup when needed
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

2–3 years of dishwashing experience in high-volume kitchens
Reliable, efficient, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and team-first mentality
