Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team at . This role is crucial in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and managing staff. The Kitchen Manager will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of food production and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation.
Maintain high standards of food presentation and taste.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or kitchen management roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
In-depth knowledge of food production techniques and safety standards.
Experience in menu planning and food preparation is essential.
