Since 1981, Coy's Brook has been trusted to care for some of Cape Cod's most beautiful private homes and estates. We're expanding our Fine Gardening division and are looking for professionals who take pride in creating exceptional gardens.
This is not a production landscaping position.
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy horticulture. People who appreciate beautiful gardens, understand plants, and find satisfaction in making every property look its absolute best.
Our Fine Gardeners aren't simply completing a checklist, they're trusted caretakers of extraordinary landscapes.

Our best people are curious, observant, and self-motivated.
They know- or want to learn- the difference between pruning and hacking.
They understand that the little details matter.
They don't wait to be told every next task. They walk a property, recognize what needs attention, and leave it better than they found it.
They're passionate about creating landscapes that homeowners are proud to come home to.
