Administrative Support Specialist

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers in Breckenridge, TX is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support key customer-facing business operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You'll Do

Prepare and process business documents, agreements, and customer paperwork.
Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure transactions move efficiently from start to finish.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members to obtain information and resolve documentation questions.
Assist with administrative tasks that support daily business operations and revenue-generating activities.
Maintain organized records while protecting confidential customer information.
Help ensure deadlines are met and transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with contracts, forms, and detailed documentation.

Previous administrative, office, customer service, dealership, banking, finance, or document processing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
