Overview
We need to hire an innovative Content Creator (hybrid)! This position is mainly remote but occasionally you will go onsite to gather material for content. This role, you will be the driving force behind developing compelling digital content that elevates our brand presence across multiple platforms. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help us connect authentically with our audience, boost engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to craft impactful stories, visuals, and multimedia content that resonate globally.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging content for social media channels, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva and Lumen Video to create eye-catching visuals that align with branding standards.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, and native tools to schedule posts, monitor performance, and engage with followers.
Perform social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment to inform content strategies.
Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, media pitches, and influencer outreach initiatives that enhance brand reputation.
Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine future content efforts.
Edit videos using video editing software to produce compelling multimedia stories for social platforms and campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding across all channels while exploring innovative formats such as photography, short videos, and infographics.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in video creation and editing software, and graphic design principles.
Strong understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital advertising best practices.
Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
