What You’ll Do
You’ll support our crews on a variety of high‑end residential and light commercial projects, including:
- Installing and troubleshooting irrigation systems
- Building decks, pergolas, fences, and custom woodwork
- Laying pavers, retaining walls, and concrete pads
- Constructing raised planting beds and metal edging
- Setting sod, rock, soil, and plant material
- Creating water features and low‑voltage landscape lighting
Physical Requirements: Repetitive lifting (up to 75 lbs), digging, kneeling, and outdoor work in all Colorado weather conditions.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Must‑Have
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Consistent, on‑time attendance
- Positive attitude, team mindset, and pride in quality work
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly
Nice‑to‑Have
- 1+ year professional landscaping, construction, or farm/ranch experience
- Equipment operation (mini‑skid, skid‑steer, trencher)
- Basic irrigation and/or hardscape knowledge
Schedule & Pay
- Hours: 10hr days, Monday–Thursday (40 hrs / week)
- Starting Wage: $19–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill set
