EXPERIENCE AS AN AESTHETIC INJECTOR IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

Nova Med Spa is seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Aesthetic Registered Nurse Injector to join our growing medical aesthetics team.

We are looking for a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, confident in their clinical skills, and understands the importance of building lasting patient relationships, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering natural, beautiful results.

This is an exciting opportunity for an injector who wants to grow their clientele, increase their earning potential, continue expanding their skills, and work in a supportive, fast-paced med spa environment.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, with an ideal schedule of Friday through Sunday availability. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's anatomy, concerns, and aesthetic goals.
Administer injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other advanced aesthetic treatments within the provider's scope of practice and training.
Educate patients on recommended treatments, realistic expectations, potential risks, aftercare, and long-term treatment plans.
Confidently recommend complementary treatments and services when clinically appropriate to help patients achieve optimal results.
Build strong patient relationships and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up care.
Perform thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, detailed medical documentation.
Monitor patients during and after treatment and appropriately address patient questions or concerns.
Collaborate with our medical providers, aestheticians, management, and support staff to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Maintain strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, product selection, complication management, and current advancements within the aesthetics industry.
Follow all Nova Med Spa clinical protocols, safety standards, infection-control procedures, and applicable regulations.
Participate in team training, continuing education, marketing content, and practice-growth initiatives when needed.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous hands-on experience working as an aesthetic injector is required.
Experience administering neuromodulators (botox) and dermal fillers is required.
Experience with biostimulators and regenerative aesthetic treatments is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, facial balancing, patient assessment, and advanced injection techniques.
Experience with additional medical aesthetic services, including microneedling, chemical peels, IV therapy, and laser treatments, is a plus.
Excellent consultation, communication, and patient-education skills.
Comfortable recommending appropriate treatment plans and complementary services based on patient needs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety, documentation, and exceptional patient care.
Professional, reliable, motivated, and comfortable working within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Ability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is strongly preferred.
