Organic Search Optimization Analyst - SEO / AEO / GEO
Conduit Digital Agency, located in Toms River, NJ provides white-label digital marketing products and solutions to local ad agencies for resale in their local marketplaces.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven SEO Digital Marketing Specialist to drive organic growth for our client agencies' clients.
In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive SEO and LLM-based search, AEO, and GEO strategies that improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user engagement. Your expertise will help optimize our digital content, analyze performance metrics, and leverage cutting-edge SEO tools to stay ahead in the competitive digital landscape.
Please note, this position is HYBRID with a minimum of 3x in-office and 2x WFH so you must live near our office near Toms River, New Jersey.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience producing excellent SEO performance!
- A strong understanding of AI-Powered Search Engines, platforms like Perplexity AI, ChatGPT Search, and Google AI
- An understanding of Google Analytics. GA4 in particular.
- Ability to analyze and develop action items and optimizations for client accounts
- Collaborate with an internal team of digital analysts to execute client strategies
- Passion and drive to become an expert in the space (this is very important!)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to improve visibility on search engines such as Google and Bing.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.
- Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal and RankScale to monitor performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques across web pages to maximize user engagement and lead generation.
- Manage technical SEO aspects, including website speed, mobile responsiveness, JavaScript integration, CSS styling, and structured data markup.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content management systems like WordPress.
- Analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
- Support social media management efforts by integrating SEO strategies into digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Stay current with the latest trends in search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and industry best practices to continually refine strategies.
