Summary
Responsible for the development, support, and continuous improvement of customer-facing eCommerce platforms, marketing technologies, and business system integrations. This role maintains the uptime, security, compliance, and performance of web applications while also designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between internal systems, customer systems, vendors, and third-party platforms.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, creative problem solver who enjoys working across both marketing and technology functions. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop websites, automate business processes, and build reliable integrations utilizing Azure technologies, APIs, EDI, cXML, SFTP, and other data exchange methods. The candidate must be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of learning new technologies as business needs evolve.

General

eCommerce & Web Development
- Develop, maintain, and optimize eCommerce website and web applications
- Assisting with the build and launching of new stores and/or experiences as business needs dictate
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues
- Troubleshoot as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to implement new features and optimize user experience
- Monitor performance, security, and scalability, and implement necessary enhancements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce development
Systems Integration & Automation
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between internal business systems, customer systems, suppliers, and third-party platforms
- Build and support integrations utilizing: Azure Integration Services, APIs (REST/SOAP), Azure Logic Apps, EDI Transactions, Azure Functions, cXML Integrations, Azure Storage Accounts, SFTP File Transfers, Azure Service Bus, Other Data Transformation and Mapping Tools
- Collaborate with customer and external partners to gather integration requirements and technical specifications
- Monitor integration performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Develop documentation for integration architecture, workflows, mappings, and support procedures
- Support onboarding of new customers requiring custom integration and automated order processing workflows
- Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend scalable integration solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Technology teams to implement new functionality and improve user experience.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrated systems
- Assist with ERP, CRM, marketing automation, and order management system integrations as business needs evolve
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- 3+ years of experience in software development, ecommerce development, systems integration, or a related technical role
- Experience supporting customer-facing web applications and business-critical integrations
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Services
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Proven experience in ecommerce development
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft .NET
- Proficiency in Visual Studio and modern software development practices
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., TortoiseSVN)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of EDI/cXML/SFTP transaction processing, mapping, and troubleshooting preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
