Full Job Description

Dove Healthcare is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to keep our Eau Claire West campus running safely, smoothly, and efficiently!

Are you the person who can tackle a plumbing issue in the morning, troubleshoot an electrical problem after lunch, and still have the know-how to keep heating, air-conditioning, appliances, and general repairs running smoothly? Make a Difference Every Day

As our Maintenance Director, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are exactly alike. On call rotation is required for this role.

You'll be responsible for:

Keeping the facility in top shape through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements
Troubleshooting and performing professional-level maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general construction
Handling painting, repairs, and upkeep both inside and outside the facility
Conducting routine tests, inspections, and safety checks on facility systems
Maintaining and updating fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans
Helping ensure our building remains safe, comfortable, functional, and ready for whatever the day brings

Required Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma or equivalent, and a one-year technical diploma, or 5 years of related experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery, as well as the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, have comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations
Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or new construction, and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating
