ABOUT US:

Wisco Finishers, LLC is based out of Eau Claire/Altoona, WI. We are locally owned and specialize in drywall and paint systems for commercial and residential customers. JOB SUMMARY:

Wisco Finisher's is seeking a Full-Time experienced and driven Crew Leader to supervise and guide our painting and drywall team. This individual will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and up to our high standards. As a full-time leader, you will manage daily job site operations, mentor crew members, and maintain excellent client relationships. This individual will also need to carry the ability to perform any job related task they are supervising.

Applicants will need to carry a supreme sense of safety awareness, enjoy working in a variety of settings and have the ability to work independently as well as supporting and supervising others.

Qualified applicants will need to be clean, professional, organized, and capable of multitasking. All applicants for this position must have reliable transportation to/from work locations as well as a motor vehicle background check and clean driving record. Applicants will also be required to complete drug screening and a soft background check processed.

Typical work is completed during the regular work week of Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday and overtime opportunities to ensure timely completion of projects.

COMPENSATION:

Starting @ $25/hour

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations for multiple painting and drywall projects.
Team Management: Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and train crew members.
Quality Control: Inspect finished drywall and paint work to ensure flawless execution.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and company safety protocols on site.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines, material usage, and labor hours daily.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and builders.
Problem Solving: Resolve technical application challenges and on-site conflicts quickly.
Skills Application: Execute job related tasks as necessary to assist with production and timeliness.

BASIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Utilize a variety of equipment including power and manual tools, ladders, scaffolding and stilts.
Ability to work from heights and environments where fluids are applied via airless systems.
Preparation activities such as surface sanding masking adjacent surfaces
Perform basic mathematical calculations.
Maintain tooling and equipment in good working condition.
Demonstrate general professional workplace etiquette with team members and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years experience in drywall finishing or painting services.
Minimum 1 year experience in Lead or Supervisory position.
Must be able to lift at least 50#, bend, stoop, and work on surfaces from floor level to ceiling level.
Proficiency in using a variety of pieces of equipment and initiative to learn new skills.
Attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
