Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and assisting with property transactions. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help ensure smooth operations, facilitate successful property deals, and enhance client satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry with growth opportunities.

Duties

Assist with daily administrative tasks and transaction coordination
Support the preparation and management of real estate documents, transactions and marketing documentation
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and scheduling appointments with clients and vendors
Utilize sales technology and CRM systems to track leads and manage client data
Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, listing descriptions, and online advertising campaigns

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools
Knowledge of managing real estate transactions and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, sales negotiation, and deal closing strategies
Customer service orientation with a focus on building client rapport and delivering exceptional service
Experience in real estate industry (preferred)
Must have real estate license

Pay: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
