Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and organized person to join our office team at an established carpet and upholstery cleaning company.

The primary responsibilities of this position are answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers, scheduling appointments and entering customer information into our scheduling system.

Additional duties include:

Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling customer appointments

Providing customers with basic information about our services and pricing

Entering and updating customer information

Light bookkeeping and data entry

Processing payments and using a calculator for basic calculations

Communicating with our cleaning technicians throughout the workday

General office duties and other tasks as needed

We use our own proprietary scheduling software, so training will be provided. Applicants should be comfortable using a computer, calculator and basic office equipment.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, able to multitask and willing to learn.

Hours are somewhat flexible.
