Full Job Description

Full time RN in an inpatient setting, 7 pm to 7 am, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience; excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team atmosphere required. Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in an inpatient facility, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments, while monitoring patient responses.
Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families.
Ensure adherence to hospice care standards.

Summary

As an Inpatient Hospice RN, you will be integral in delivering compassionate care to patients and their families during critical end-of-life stages. Your role encompasses patient assessment, care planning, and coordination of services, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and medical standards. Effective communication and a deep understanding of hospice care will be essential in fostering supportive relationships with patients and their loved ones.
