Full-Time | Dare County, NC (Kitty Hawk / Kill Devil Hills)
Provide community-based mental health support to children and families in Dare County as an Intensive In-Home (IIH) Qualified Professional (QP), working directly in homes, schools, and community settings.
Manage a caseload of up to 12 youth and families, delivering structured interventions aimed at reducing crisis events, preventing out-of-home placement, and improving daily functioning for children with behavioral or emotional needs.

Deliver Intensive In-Home services to children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or mental health needs

Meet families in their homes, schools, and community environments

Work with caregivers to build routines, behavior strategies, and crisis prevention skills they can use day to day

Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans

Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies

Track progress across a caseload of up to 12 families and adjust interventions based on goals

Complete documentation according to Medicaid and agency requirements

Participate in supervision, case staffing, and team collaboration with licensed clinicians
