Do you have a passion for providing excellent guest service in a beautiful luxury hotel? If so, come join the dynamic team at the Harbor View Hotel as our Front Desk/Guest Experience Agent!

What you can expect from us:

To make an investment in you to help you succeed
Provide you with detailed training
To provide you with low-cost shared employee housing (if needed)
To provide you with free shift meals, family style

What we are looking for:

Someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.

What you will do:

Ensures the guest experience is seamless during the arrival and departure process and throughout the stay.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

What we ask of you:

High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
Strong verbal communication skills in order to accurately follow instructions
Commitment to work 40 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications Required:

Must have exceptional guest service skills with a willingness to exceed expectations
Work in a positive and professional matter with little direction or supervision
Flexible, self-motivated positive attitude
