Full Job Description

Full-Time Dispensary Manager

The Edge, A Collab with Green Point is a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary, offering benefits to patients in Edgewater. Green Point Wellness has been committed to offering our patients the highest standard of customer service found in the industry without exceptions. We believe that by assembling a team of the most educated, knowledgeable and skilled professionals in the cannabis industry, we could not only make a patients day better, but truly make a difference in their overall quality of life. Our company’s mission has always been to help people in the communities we serve improve their quality of life – not only by empowering our customers to experience the benefits of cannabis as an alternative form of medicine – but also by helping them find the best form of cannabis for their specific situation.

DUTIES (include but not limited to):

Coordinate and facilitate all the store’s transactions and operations.
Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers and employees.
Communicate with law enforcement, local and state officials, vendors, and local community.
Implement company policies and ensure staff adhere to best practices.
Inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service and experience.
Provide high quality customer service to all patients.
Execute dispensary protocols, while ensuring the store is well maintained
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Performs any other duties given by General Manager

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to meet the Maryland State Requirements: Minimum of 21 years old, no drug-related charges, drug screen and background check.
Minimum 6 years of Store Management
Previous experience in restaurant, beverage and/or cannabis industry
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required when needed.
Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for 100 feet
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computing skills
