Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate the guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain smooth hotel operations. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Duties

Supervise all front desk staff, including receptionists and night audit team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency using hotel management software such as HotelKey.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous phone etiquette at all times.
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare reports for management review.
Implement hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively to ensure guest safety and operational continuity.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly and maintain hotel standards.
Lead efforts to improve guest services by analyzing feedback, training staff on hospitality best practices, and fostering a welcoming environment.
Maintain comprehensive records of front desk activities, incident reports, and guest interactions to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of hotel procedures.
Multilingual or bilingual skills preferred to serve diverse guests effectively.
Previous experience with HotelKey property management system is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and hospitality standards.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate staff, manage conflicts, and uphold service excellence.
Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
Resort experience or working in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.
