Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$30–33/hr

Shift:

Monday–Friday, standard business hours

What’s a typical day as Data Cleanup Coordinator? You’ll be:

Reviewing and updating contingent worker information in Workday to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reporting capabilities.
Updating worker details such as business titles, manager relationships, start/end dates, and key information.
Identifying and correcting inconsistencies within system records to ensure reliable data.
Supporting data cleanup efforts that enhance reporting, compliance tracking, and operational processes.
Utilizing Workday and Excel for data tracking, organization, and management.
Sorting, organizing, archiving, and securely shredding historical employee paperwork while maintaining confidentiality.
Assisting with physical file organization, document management, and electronic record uploads.
Supporting general administrative cleanup projects and additional tasks as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a similar role.
Possess strong attention to detail and can spot discrepancies or missing information.
Are comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Excel.
Can manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
(Preferred) Have experience with Workday, HR systems, or other databases.
