ProFast Supply opened its doors in 1999. We have been distributing construction supplies to contractors in Florida and the Carolinas for over 20 years. We carry an array of quality fasteners, tools, and equipment to make your job efficient and done correctly. We have an expansive catalog of products in all categories, from power and pneumatic tools to fasteners from industry-leading brands and as part of our award-winning service and commitment to our customers, we deliver fasteners and tools directly to the jobsite for our customers. ProFast Supply is now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, drive sales, and strengthen already existing customer relationships.

Outside Sales Role

The day-to-day activities for this role include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should be able to create, as well as present, persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.

Responsibilities

Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers
Develop and implant an effective sales strategy to drive sales
Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
Collaborate with Management to expand brand presence through the creation of marketing tactics
Research competitor’s products and pricing as well as market conditions
Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales

Requirements

Proven outside sales experience
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with CRM maintenance
Strong consultative sales skills
Excellent organization skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented mentality
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Must have a clean driver's license
Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred! If you have this skillset, please include it in the additional comments section

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role routinely travels in a car or van. This role also works in an office environment with some time spent in a warehouse environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Travel requirements are up to 75% of the role, no overnight travel is required.
