Full Job Description

Looking for a new opportunity? Join the SIMOS team in Florence, KY, as a full-time Warehouse Shipping Tech! This fast-paced role includes scanning orders, packing shipments, supporting production, and keeping operations running smoothly. 6 months of warehouse experience is required. Enjoy weekly pay, paid time off, and health/dental benefits within your first 30 days.

Shift Details:

Monday-Friday (must be flexible and open to weekends)
7:00 AM- 4:00 PM or until work is completed
$16.00/hour

Shifts: 1st Shift.

Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour

Duties:

Candidate must be able to lift 50-60 lbs.
Must be available to work more than 8 hours per day as needed
Overtime may be required depending on production needs.
Scanning and processing customer orders
Packing completed products for shipment
Applying order labels and preparing items for printing
Assisting with feeding and operating production equipment
Replenishing materials and supplies to workstations
Helping with roll changes, jams, or production issues
Learns and becomes proficient in all department equipment and software (including MAS200, MS Office, UPS). Data entry and Haz Mat are a plus

Position Requirements:

6 months of warehouse experience is required

Ability to stand for a full shift
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Keeping the work area clean and organized
Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
Ability to utilize personal protective equipment
Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old, Able to Lift 60 pounds, required education: No Education Requirement
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
