Career Opportunity:

The Office Manager will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient organizational flow so the company runs smoothly and effectively serving its customers well.

Credentials and/or skills and abilities:

· 3+ years office manager experience

· Accounting experience required

· Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting practices, and financial reporting

· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

· IT troubleshooting experience

· Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills

· Problem solving abilities

· Work collaboratively with others

· Ability to make independent, effective decisions

· Possess ability to be a self-directed team player

· Time management

· Maintain confidentiality

· Valid driver’s license

General Responsibilities:

Finance and Accounting

· Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting and financial flow of information including accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Complete monthly financial reports

· Track material costs and help determine costing standards

· Provide information relative to costs incurred and their impact on the business

· Help with pricing and estimating

· Ensure payroll system is established and maintained providing all data to complete payroll as required

Human Resources

· Oversee onboarding and review processes and their documentation

· Manage benefit enrollment forms and 401K program

· Analyze health benefit information for upcoming year’s plan

· Provide input and support to ensure appropriate employee benefits are secured and managed

· Review and update Employee Handbook

· Provide recommendations for soft skills training for supervisors and leadership

· Manage performance review process

· Track all PTO and benefit time eligibilities

Information Technologies

· Oversee and support ongoing IT initiatives including help desk support

· Be the direct liaison with the outside IT vendor

· Learn and champion industry specific software throughout the organization

· Learn how to solve IT problems as they arise

Office Management

· Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean and organized workspace

· Requisitioning and purchase of supplies

· Order entry

· Look for continuous improvement in organizational processes and update the procedures and documents as they are implemented

· Support owners with administrative tasks as needed

· Lead support personnel
