Responsibilities

Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multi-line phone systems and internal communication channels.
Support office management duties such as overseeing office supplies, managing front desk responsibilities, and coordinating with vendors for business needs.

Skills

Proficiency in productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette.
Technical proficiency in video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for virtual meetings.
Experience in event planning, business travel arrangements, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and project management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy through proofreading and data entry tasks.
