Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys by assisting with legal research, document preparation, case management, and client communication. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of legal processes while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research using case management software and legal discovery tools to gather relevant information for ongoing cases.
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Manage case files and documents using document management systems, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
Assist with data entry tasks related to case details, client information, and court deadlines to support efficient case tracking.
Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, and meetings by organizing materials and summarizing key information.
Handle confidential information with discretion while adhering to strict privacy protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth case progression and provide excellent customer service.

Experience

Prior paralegal experience or law office experience demonstrating familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
Strong analysis skills combined with excellent writing abilities for drafting legal documents and conducting research.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with case management software and document management systems.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in legal discovery processes, data entry accuracy, proofreading, and filing procedures.
Knowledge of legal terminology coupled with effective client communication skills.
Administrative experience supporting legal teams or law offices is highly desirable.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
