ABOUT THIS JOB:

We are seeking an experienced BCBA/Clinical Director to lead our brand-new Success On The Spectrum South Brunswick location, opening in September 2026.

This role is for a BCBA with at least 3 years of experience who is ready to lead a center, shape the clinical culture, and make a meaningful impact for children and families.

Our South Brunswick center is being built as a sensory-friendly space that encourages play, imagination, and learning. The Clinical Director will have a high level of autonomy in running the clinical side of the center, with ownership available for support.

This is a good fit for someone who wants to lead with independence, mentor RBTs, support families, and build high-quality ABA programming in a balanced and respectful work environment.

Success On The Spectrum (SOS) is the largest and fastest-growing autism treatment franchise in the U.S., founded by an autism mom and fueled by purpose. No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.

You Focus on Clinical Work – We Handle the Admin work

BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
Clinical Directors have a MAX caseload of 9 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training

Supported, Not Micromanaged

Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
SOS provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising Team
SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
