Due to continued growth, we're hiring experienced Fence Installers, Foremen, and qualified Subcontractor Crews for residential, commercial, and industrial fencing projects throughout the state. Our crews work on residential communities, schools, warehouses, distribution centers, municipalities, athletic facilities, data centers, and large commercial developments throughout New Jersey.
Employees report to our Garwood, NJ facility before traveling to jobsites in company vehicles.

Responsibilities
· Install residential, commercial, and industrial fencing.
· Install chain link, vinyl/PVC, wood, ornamental aluminum, ornamental steel, and custom fencing.
· Read work orders, blueprints, and site plans.
· Measure and lay out fence installations.
· Set posts, framework, fence fabric, gates, and hardware.
· Safely operate company trucks and construction equipment.
· Drive company vehicles, including Isuzu NPR rack trucks.
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
· Communicate professionally with supervisors, office staff, and customers.
Qualifications
· Three (3) years of fence installation or construction experience preferred.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Must be insurable under the company's commercial auto insurance policy.
· Ability to safely drive an Isuzu NPR rack truck.
· Ability to lift 75 pounds.
· Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
· Foreman or crew leader experience.
· Experience operating skid steers, excavators, augers, post drivers, and forklifts.
· Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
· Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
· Gate or access control installation experience is a plus.
Experienced Subcontractor Crews
We also welcome qualified subcontractor crews. We offer steady work, organized scheduling, and prompt payment. Qualified crews should have general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance (if applicable), reliable equipment, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
