Job Title: Associate Production Technician (Packaging) - 2nd Shift
Location: Branchburg, NJ 08876
Employment Type: W2 Contract – 6 Months with Possibility for Extensions
Pay Rate: $19.00–$22.00/hour (Determined by Experience, Paid Weekly)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Work Model: Fully Onsite

Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C and Corp-to-Corp candidates will not be considered.

Role Overview

BEPC is actively looking for a Production Technician in the Branchburg, NJ area!

This position supports the production of diagnostic products through filling, labeling, inspection, and packaging operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Packaging

Operate filling, labeling, and packaging equipment according to Production Manufacturing Records (PMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and cGMP requirements.
Package, label, inspect, and prepare finished products for distribution.
Perform product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct in-process quality checks including fill verification, torque checks, vision system verification, and label alignment inspections.

Documentation & Quality

Complete Production Manufacturing Records and required SAP transactions accurately.
Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, component reconciliation, and production documentation.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards, cGMPs, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with document review for completeness and accuracy.

Filling & Warehouse Support

Perform aseptic gowning and filling operations as required.
Support environmental monitoring activities within filling suites when assigned.
Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, issuing materials, returns, internal distribution, and shipping activities.

Safety & Housekeeping

Clean and sanitize work areas following established procedures.
Follow all safety policies and manufacturing guidelines.
Maintain an organized and compliant production environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or related operations (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and SOPs.
Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks while standing or remaining in the same work area throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or GMP-regulated manufacturing.
Previous experience with filling, labeling, packaging, or warehouse operations.
Mechanical aptitude.
Basic math and computer skills.
Good handwriting/documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and train into more advanced manufacturing roles.
