Full Job Description

Job Summary

RestoPros of North & Central NJ is looking for an experienced, motivated, customer-focused Mitigation Project Manager/Inspector to join our Morristown-based team. This individual will be the first point of contact for emergency losses and is responsible for accurately inspecting, scoping, documenting, and managing mitigation projects, while providing exceptional levels of customer service and professionalism. Successful candidates will receive a base salary + job-close bonuses, as well as a company vehicle.

Travel throughout New Jersey to inspect losses is required.

Responsibilities

Participate in an on-call rotation including evenings, weekends, and holidays for emergency response.

Respond promptly to all incoming emergency leads (within 90 minutes).

Perform on-site inspections for water, mold, fire, and other property damage losses.

Build trust with property owners by clearly explaining the mitigation process and setting realistic expectations.

Accurately scope mitigation projects, capturing comprehensive moisture readings, photos and notes.

Manage homeowner expectations throughout the project while maintaining excellent communication.

Secure signed Work Authorizations before any work begins.

Qualifications

IICRC Certification

Previous experience in water damage mitigation and restoration.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience with Xactimate estimating is preferred.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments.
