Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $75,000 annually
Uncapped Commission Structure
- 3% on annual revenue up to $500,000
- 5% on annual revenue between $500,001–$1,000,000
- 7% on annual revenue exceeding $1,000,000
In new markets our Leaders typically bring in an average of $125k to $160k in the first year. It all depends on you and your ability to scale.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position combining operations, emergency response, project management, and business development.
Initially, you'll operate as the market leader, managing mitigation projects while actively developing relationships that generate new business. As the Oklahoma City office grows, you'll play a key role in hiring, training, and leading the local team.
What You'll DoBusiness Development
- Develop referral relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, municipalities, and commercial property owners.
- Conduct daily face-to-face prospecting and networking.
- Host Lunch & Learns and educational events.
- Maintain CRM activity and follow-up schedules.
- Generate new mitigation opportunities through relationship development.
- Become the preferred restoration partner within your market.
Emergency Response & Mitigation
- Respond to residential and commercial emergency losses.
- Perform inspections, moisture mapping, and damage assessments.
- Develop drying strategies in accordance with IICRC standards.
- Obtain signed work authorizations.
- Coordinate emergency mitigation services.
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and property managers.
- Monitor drying progress and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Project Management
- Manage mitigation projects from first notice of loss through completion.
- Maintain complete documentation, photographs, and moisture logs.
- Coordinate with estimators, reconstruction teams, and subcontractors.
- Track project profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and IICRC guidelines.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of restoration industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing water mitigation projects.
- Strong business development or outside sales experience.
- Proven success building referral relationships.
- Thorough understanding of residential and commercial mitigation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to participate in an after-hours emergency response rotation.
