Full Job Description

Men’s Revival & Women’s Revival is an Arizona-based concierge health optimization and hormone replacement company expanding into our first new state—Washington. We are seeking a mobile phlebotomist to support our growing client base in the northern Seattle region.

This role involves providing in-home blood draw services while delivering an exceptional level of professionalism, care, and discretion. As part of our team, you’ll support personalized health optimization plans and help create a positive, seamless experience for every client.

Our phlebotomists are often the first—and sometimes the only—members of our team whom clients meet in person. Because of this, the person in this role must represent our company, culture, and commitment to outstanding service. We are looking for someone who is warm, dependable, polished, respectful, and confident working independently in clients’ homes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced phlebotomist seeking flexible supplemental work, beginning at approximately five hours per week (1 day, 7am-12pm). We expect the opportunity to grow as our Washington patient base expands, so this position is well suited to someone who would like to gradually take on additional hours over time.

This is a low-stress, flexible position for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with clients and providing attentive, personalized care. The phlebotomist will serve our North Zone, which extends from Bellevue to Marysville, Washington. Because regular travel throughout this territory is required, an ideal candidate will live in or near a centrally located community within the service area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Actively practicing phlebotomy with a minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience
Ability to travel to different locations to draw blood and transport lab samples – service area will be 50-mile radius of Bellevue, WA
Vehicle insurance and clean driving record
A courteous, friendly personality
Good communicator - with patients and office staff
Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
Dependable vehicle

License/Certification:

Driver's License
State required phlebotomy credential

Job Type: Independent contractor

Pay:

$25.00/hour + $25 gas stipend/day + Toll reimbursement

Hours Requirement: 0700 – 1200 (1 day/week to start with ability to increase to 4 days/week). Mon-Thur are days we draw blood on our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments.
Collect samples from patients by drawing blood through veins.
Obtain vitals
Use proper patient identification to avoid mistakes that can affect treatment.
Label all samples with dates and patient names before they are sent to the lab.
Transfer all samples in a timely manner from the location where they are taken to the appropriate facility (UPS).
Relax patients by being friendly and personable but competent with the needle.
Enforce infection control processes at any time you are working with equipment or patients.
Make sure phlebotomy supplies are stocked and organized prior to seeing patients

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
