Full Job Description

Sales Associate/Front Desk Receptionist
Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.

We strive to become part of the local community and foster a sense of belonging for our member family.

We are hiring for our Club Pilates Bothell, Club Pilates Woodinville and Club Pilates Edmonds locations.

Here are the key requirements for this position:

Sales: Experienced and skilled in membership lead generation, follow up, and closing sales - including memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail merchandise.
Member Retention -Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
Studio Management: Maintain cleanliness of the studio, including equipment.
Events: Participate and manage running of pop-up events outside the studio, health fairs, farmers markets and other community events to promote membership sales.
Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
Collaborate with co-workers to ensure excellent customer service.
A fitness background is preferred but not required; candidates with a strong sales background are ideal.
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience
Commission paid on sales.
Opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
