Business Development Representative - Behavioral Health Care

Copper Hills Youth Center is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative.
The qualified candidate MUST be based in Colorado
This position will travel approximately 75% to visit referrals sources in these states (WA, CO, NV, NM and ID).
Requires marketing experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare sales

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility (behavioral health care) serving male and female 12-17 year olds who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders.

The Business Development Representative directly serves as the liaison between the facility and the community. They are directly responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. The Business Development Representative is responsible for the implementing the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. They must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment.

Your Qualifications will include:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field REQUIRED
Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a psychiatric behavioral healthcare setting highly preferred.
Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth position highly preferred.
Must possess a valid and clear driver’s license
Able and willing to travel approx. 75% of the time to assigned territory/states
