What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Associate, you’re the first and last impression our guests will have—and we want it to be a great one! You’ll be checking people in and out, answering their questions, and making sure their stay goes smoothly. Here’s a bit more about the role:

Greet guests with a big smile and a warm welcome—they’ll feel the energy!
Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
Share tips on local attractions, restaurants, and hotel amenities (because you know the area like the back of your hand).
Solve guest concerns with care and a “we’ve got this” attitude.
Keep the front desk looking sharp and organized.
Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
Encourage guests to join the Best Western Rewards program (it’s a win-win for everyone).
