As a testament to our commitment to you as a new team member, you will receive a $400 bonus throughout your initial six weeks, totaling $2,400 bonus in addition to your commission earnings.

Our proactive approach nurtures the growth of our representatives, frequently propelling them towards leadership positions managing their own teams within their first year. You’ll also get clear merit-based growth opportunities, and rewards programs limited only by your desire to succeed. With access to local and national mentors, we will surround you with resources to aid in the development of your financial expertise, including but not limited to: Financial Services, Comprehensive Financial Assistance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and access to continued learning programs.
