We are actively seeking experienced and board-certified Vascular Neurologists to join our expanding Tele-Neurology & Telestroke team. This fully remote role supports emergency departments, inpatient units, and partner hospitals through rapid telemedicine stroke evaluations and neurology consultations.
⭐ Position Overview
As a Telemedicine Vascular Neurologist with Eagle, you will provide critical Stroke and Neurology consult services, supporting hospitals that rely on our rapid-response model for high-acuity neurological care.
You will work from your home office, supported by Eagle's established infrastructure, including 24/7 operations, IT support, credentialing, and scheduling teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time stroke evaluations and emergent neurology consultations via secure telemedicine platforms
- Manage comprehensive neurological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Prescribe medications, including advanced stroke therapeutics when appropriate
- Consult physician-to-physician with onsite ED and inpatient teams
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and hospital providers to guide patient management
- Support continuity by maintaining strong working relationships with partner facilities
- Perform documentation in partner EMR systems with accuracy and compliance
- Deliver exceptional remote communication and virtual bedside manner
Qualifications
- Board Certified Neurologist (ABPN) with subspecialty training or strong experience in Stroke / Vascular Neurology
- Currently licensed in at least one U.S. state (Eagle assists with and covers the cost of additional licensing)
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience post-training
- Valid DEA
- Proficiency with telemedicine technology, EMR navigation, and secure video communication
- U.S.-based work location (remote)

Pay: $160,000.00 - $750,000.00 per year
