About the Role

Our growing wealth management office is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Client Service Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients in a fast-paced office environment.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative, scheduling, and client service support to our advisors.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Schedule and confirm client appointments.
Assist clients with account-related questions and service requests.
Manage front office operations and daily administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, and team members.
Obtain and maintain the appropriate industry licensing after hire.

Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, client service representative, customer service representative, or front desk professional is a plus.
