Salesforce Administrator:
Community Grants, Planning & Housing (CGP&H) is a 45-person company focused on affordable housing, housing rehabilitation, and grants services. We are seeking a full-time Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our existing Salesforce environment. In this role, you will ensure data integrity, improve process performance, and maintain efficient processes across our Salesforce org.
What the Salesforce Administrator would do:
Working directly with the CEO, the Salesforce Administrator will directly impact our ability to serve our applicants and clients with efficient and effective technical solutions. After gaining a strong understanding of our current operations, the Salesforce Administrator will implement and project manage ongoing process improvement initiatives. This may include partnering with external consultants or independently driving enhancements internally. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing day-to-day administration with strategic, forward-thinking system improvements.
This role works closely the CEO to identify opportunities for operational improvement, prioritize initiatives, develop effective implementation strategies, and drive projects through to successful completion. Strong communication skills, project management experience, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential.

What experiences and skills would make you the ideal candidate:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
· 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an IT or technology-focused role.
· Strong proficiency with Windows-based software and hardware systems.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration. Software development or advanced coding experience is not required; however, a solid understanding of Salesforce functionality is essential. Preferred experience includes building and maintaining Flows, creating complex reports and dashboards, designing custom objects, and developing Visualforce pages.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while handling multiple simultaneous requests.
· Proven experience planning, managing, and successfully executing projects.

Our compensation package is negotiable depending on your experience and fit with our company.
