Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Financial Professional to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through expert guidance in financial planning, insurance, and investment strategies. The Financial Professional will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their financial well-being.

Duties

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ financial situations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide expert advice on insurance products, retirement planning, and investment strategies.
Engage in outside sales activities to promote financial services and products.
Negotiate terms and conditions of financial agreements with clients.
Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and follow-up communications.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including HIPAA standards where applicable.
Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients and expand the client base.
Serve as a bilingual or multilingual resource to assist a diverse clientele.

Experience
Candidates should possess a background in sales, preferably in retail or insurance sales, with demonstrated negotiation skills. Experience in benefits administration or marketing is advantageous. Strong analytical skills are essential for assessing client needs effectively. Excellent communication skills are required to convey complex financial concepts clearly. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service is crucial for success in this role.
