Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to accurately complete data entry and basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process customer invoices.
Perform basic math to accurately extend invoices and verify totals.
Enter invoice information into our computer system.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets.
Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
Organize and maintain accurate records and files.
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience using computers in a professional setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer programs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office.
Previous office, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in providing excellent service while maintaining accuracy in their work.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
