Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable mornings for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the first friendly face guests see during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a seamless dining experience. Your energy and dedication will help set the tone for a fantastic stay, making every guest feel valued and cared for from the moment they wake up.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dining areas, kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety protocols
Operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, toasters, and warming trays safely and efficiently
Restock food items and supplies throughout breakfast service to ensure availability at all times
Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs or special requests

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles
Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices
Experience with food preparation, serving, and cleaning within a busy environment
Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
